Humanitas Presents at GMU Poster Session
Humanitas selected to present at competitive poster session at the 2011 DC Health Communication Conference on April 30. Shown: Creating an Interactive Technology that Emulates the Motivational Interviewing Process.
Nancy Gentile, Ed.D, and Julie Luht, MPH, participated in a competitive poster session at the 2011 D.C. Health Communication Conference located at George Mason University. Their poster, entitled Creating An Interactive Technology That Emulates the Motivational Interviewing Process, showcased results from Humanitas, Inc’s Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grant from the US Department of Agriculture. Of the 83 abstracts accepted for the three poster sessions, Humanitas, Inc. was one of three non-academic institutions and the only small business in the program.
