Job Corps Anniversary
The National Wildfire Coordinating Group

Is one of your program's goals to coordinate and communicate with your audience?

Humanitas specialists rely on a foundation anchored in decades of experience to apply a blended approach of digital and traditional methods to conduct outreach and disseminate information to program managers and end users. We specialize in applying online approaches that improve coordination and communication internally, between organizations, and for their constituents.

The National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) relies on input from an international community to create policy, glossary terms, and data standards.

We designed a new online process using a portal approach, for members of the fire-fighting community to comment on existing glossary terms and data standards and submit proposals for new terms and standards. The online process includes a workflow for review and approval of comments and new submissions.

When Job Corps wanted to unify its 125 campuses to disseminate information throughout the program’s 40th anniversary year, Humanitas had a leadership role in an advisory committee to create a cost-effective and user-friendly platform for individuals and campuses to report anniversary events, milestones, and goals.

This solution created a year-long and continuous update for local, regional, and national communication for the client with an archive.

HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) makes grants to organizations to improve and expand health care services for underserved people, focusing on these program areas – Health Professions, HIV/AIDS, Maternal and Child Health, Primary Health Care/Health Centers, Rural Health, Healthcare Systems, and Organ Donation.

HRSA’s Division of Independent Review (DIR) has their busiest quarters for Objective Review Committees (ORCs) in April through September of each year.  The number of ORCs can double during those months from other times during the year.  Humanitas works with our client to minimize the impact of multiple reviews convening at the same time, so that the quality of our logistics support is not compromised.  We alert the client when multiple reviews are scheduled during the same time period and suggest alternatives or increase our staffing with temporary personnel to cover the increased workload.
