Ms. Myers is particularly adept at strategic planning, distance learning, performance monitoring, and web-based content management solutions. She has more than 25 years of public policy and program management experience. Ms. Myers oversees the development of all Humanitas Web solutions and directs large-scale, interdisciplinary, program support projects for the Department of Labor and federal agencies. She earned an MBA with a Health Care Administration concentration and a Certificate in Web-Based Distance Learning applications from The George Washington University.

Stephanie Karsten is a Certified Management Consultant with 30 years of professional experience who specializes in directing projects in evaluation, dissemination, and capacity-building for public and private health organizations and consulting firms. She directs short-term, quick-response projects that provide policymakers and practitioners with practical approaches to solving management problems. Ms. Karsten received a BS in journalism from Northwestern University and an MA in health services administration from The George Washington University.

Adam Linn is an attorney who specializes in corporate law and federal acquisitions. development support for health care applications. As the officer in charge of business operations, Mr. Linn is responsible for contract and grant administration, GSA compliance, and project financial review and reporting. He manages the firm’s network operations and has several years of experience in administering technology development, systems analysis, database design, and computer system contracts. Mr. Linn earned a JD from the University of Baltimore.
Curtis Collins is an experienced project manager who has worked extensively in health and wellness policy and program research, training, and service delivery. He has expertise in education, adolescent health programs and issues, alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention and intervention, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections, disabilities, and conference management. Curtis attended Indiana University where he received his master’s degree in public health and his bachelor’s degree in health and safety education.
Michelle Day is an expert in policy and practice related to disability assessment and compliance. She has also conducted disability policy research and evaluation for large-scale federal clients and developed technology solutions for training and new policy implementation. Michelle monitors all aspects of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Job Corps Health Support Program and its national disability initiative. Michelle attended the University of Maryland where she received her master’s degree in policy science, her bachelor’s degree in political science, and a certificate in public administration.
Maura Kephart is an experienced project manager of short- and long-term projects for federal clients that include survey design and delivery, technical assistance, information technology development, and large-scale administrative and logistical support projects. Maura conducts and manages independent scientific reviews, materials development, survey research, public health, and substance abuse prevention and treatment. She received her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in industrial organizational psychology with a minor in business administration.
Anne M. Wengrovitz is a seasoned public health policy professional with over 25 years of experience developing, implementing, and communicating strategic solutions for health agencies, and conducting research, analysis, writing, and evaluation on a range of public health issues. Anne frequently manages program and process evaluations, delivering actionable findings to program managers. Anne earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia as an Echols Scholar and a master’s in public health from the Johns Hopkins University.
Mary Lopez Wing has more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience in both the public and private sectors. Her expertise includes strategic planning, meeting facilitation, conference planning, public policy analysis, training, materials development, and program management for diverse federal and commercial clients. Mary has designed award-winning outreach campaigns, delivered crisis communication services, and managed national and trade media campaigns. Mary attended the University of Dayton and has a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications.
